Main Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Train, schedule, and supervise deli employees to ensure proper staffing.
• Plan daily production, manage inventory, and monitor store systems.
• Resolve customer issues related to sales or service promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and display hot and cold deli foods, seasonal trays, and specialty items.
• Operate deli equipment (slicers, scales, cash registers) safely and accurately.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and weights/measures regulations.
• Perform daily temperature checks and adhere to uniform and grooming policies.

• Work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass food safety and company-required tests.

Other Requirements

• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.. continuously and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Compliance with uniform and grooming standards.
