Regional Property Manager – Residential & Commercial Portfolio

Location:
Monona, Madison, and Middleton, Wisconsin

• This is a Full-Time, On-Site role. Candidates must currently live in — or be willing to relocate to — the Monona, Madison, or Middleton areas.

CTH Recruiting is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Regional Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio that includes three residential communities (approximately 250 units each) as well as select commercial properties. This is a hands-on leadership position with significant responsibility for daily operations, financial performance, team development, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership, coaching, and support to Community Managers and on-site teams.
• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including occupancy, maintenance, marketing, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and exceptional curb appeal.
• Manage vendor partnerships, staffing needs, and property-specific contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple residential communities.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with property management software;
  RealPage OneSite
  experience preferred.
