Accounting Manager

We are supporting a highly respected office in West Hollywood on a confidential search for an exceptional
Accounting Manager
. This is a rare opportunity to step into a sophisticated financial environment managing multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and high-level reporting across a diverse portfolio of investments, operating businesses, and philanthropic interests.

The Accounting Manager will work closely with an experienced CFO and play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, strengthening internal controls, and bringing clarity and structure to a complex financial landscape.

Core Focus Areas:

• Lead day-to-day accounting activities and ensure smooth monthly and quarterly closes

• Produce accurate financial statements and management reports across several entities

• Handle consolidations, intercompany activity, and reconciliation of shared accounts

• Maintain strong oversight of payables, receivables, and internal workflows

• Support cash planning, liquidity monitoring, and financial insights for leadership

• Coordinate with outside tax, audit, and legal partners to ensure compliance and alignment

• Strengthen internal systems, processes, and documentation as the office continues to scale

Ideal Background:

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with multi-entity exposure

• CPA strongly preferred

• Experience within a family office, investment firm/private equity, or similarly complex structure

• Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and a comfort with evolving technology

• Exceptional organizational instincts and a meticulous approach to accuracy

• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership

• A high level of discretion and maturity when handling sensitive financial information

Compensation is dependent on experience: $125,000 - $150,000 + comprehensive benefits package
