- Acts a project resource across the unit, fulfilling various needs ranging from managing meetings, maintaining task lists, developing project schedules and creating communication plans
- Provides analysis of language, data or workflows as their skill set allows
- Administers SharePoint updates to ensure information is current, accurate and accessible
- Organizes, schedules, creates agendas and takes detailed notes for meetings
- Is part of the team that monitors communications and requests from clients, brokers, and the IAS business unit and follows up on requests in a timely manner
- Acts as liaison between IAS and key stakeholders such as marketing organizations, handling printed materials orders and responding to inventory requests
- Organizes the documentation and audit support around client product or administrative changes, using IAS's prescribed tools such as a ticket system or centralized document store
- Manages IAS' client billing process, acting as liaison to DDWI Finance team
- Participates in supporting the DAC, triaging issues, monitoring for timely responses, supporting client process questions
- Prepares standard, custom and ad-hoc reports from data sources such as a data warehouse or Google Analytics
- Organizes refreshments, lodging and other hospitality related activity for client and vendor visits

Education/Experience/Personal Requirements
- Associate degree in business or related field and two-year related insurance experience required or equivalent combination
- Knowledge of SharePoint Administration
- Develops and maintains a thorough working knowledge of IAS's products and services
- Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and execute tasks
- Self-motivated and directed with a high attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite, SQL and Salesforce applications
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other computer components
