What You'll Do as a Veterinary Assistant:

  • Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams and procedures
  • Care for hospitalized animals, including feeding, walking, and monitoring
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of exam rooms, kennels, and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with clients in a kind and professional manner
  • Support your team with a positive, can-do attitude every day
  • Process payments, invoices, estimates, and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency.
  • Follow hospital protocols to ensure safety, confidentiality, and high-quality client service.

What You'll Do as a Client Service Representative:

  • Provide warm, welcoming, and professional customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Schedule appointments, manage the daily calendar, and coordinate patient check-ins and check-outs.
  • Assist clients with questions about services, medications, preventive care, and hospital policies.
  • Accurately enter client and patient information into the medical record system.
  • Process payments, invoices, estimates, and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency.
  • Communicate clearly with the veterinary team to support smooth patient flow and timely care.
  • Handle multi-line phone calls, triage client concerns, and route messages appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby/reception area.
  • Support clients during stressful or emotional situations with compassion and professionalism.
  • Follow hospital protocols to ensure safety, confidentiality, and high-quality client service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a veterinary setting is a plus but not required
  • A genuine love for animals and compassion for their humans
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful
