Contract Details

• Assignment Type: Travel (Deferred Schedule)
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: January 19, 2026
• End Date: April 19, 2026
• Shift: 8-hour Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• On-Call: No
• Guaranteed Hours: Weekly (as contracted)

Pay & Overtime

• Daily OT: After 24 hours (multiplier-based)
• Weekly OT: After 48 hours (multiplier-based)
• Pricing Negotiation: Permitted
• 75-Mile Radius Rule: Applies
• Local candidates accepted (local rate applies if within 75 miles)

Job Description

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders for residents in a Long-Term Care setting. The SLP will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to maximize patient function and quality of life.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current New York State SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Required: Prior Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
• Knowledge of PDPM reimbursement system
• Proficiency with Epic/EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical judgment skills
