Role Summary
The BCaBA provides high-quality, ethical, and culturally responsive ABA services to children, adolescents, and families. This role supports BCBAs in assessment, treatment planning, RBT/BT supervision, caregiver training, and clinical documentation while upholding Nurture & Nature's neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and developmental assessments
- Develop, update, and monitor behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs/Behavior Technicians
- Model high-quality ABA implementation for staff and caregivers
- Conduct parent/caregiver training aligned with family goals and cultural needs
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide treatment decisions
- Participate in IEP meetings, clinical meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Maintain documentation according to company, payer, and BACB standards
- Support onboarding and training of new clinical staff
- Uphold Nurture & Nature's ethical, culturally humble, trauma-informed framework
- Active BCaBA certification (BACB)
- Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently across home, school, and community settings
- Commitment to neurodiversity, inclusivity, and ethical practice
- Early intervention or parent training experience
- Experience leading RBTs or BTs
- Familiarity with PRT, naturalistic ABA, or trauma-informed care
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish highly preferred)
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Flexible scheduling based on client needs
- Consistent availability required for continuity of care
- Travel required within a 20-mile service area
- This is an active, play-based clinical role and may require:Sitting on the floor, kneeling, bending, or moving frequently during sessions
- Lifting up to 30 lbs
- Engaging in active play and sensory-motor activities
