About the Role

We're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract at a welcoming SNF in Burlingame, CA. You'll help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing—giving them the confidence and tools to participate more fully in daily life.

If you enjoy functional progress, interdisciplinary teamwork, and problem-solving that truly helps patients, you'll feel right at home.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
• Educate patients, families, and staff on communication and safety strategies
• Maintain clear documentation for quality care and compliance
• Collaborate closely with PT, OT, nursing, and the care team

What You'll Bring

• Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Strong communication skills and confidence in your clinical judgment
• SNF experience preferred, but passion for patient progress is essential
