Store Manager

Pay is comprised of salary plus commission based on store performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with others for promotional campaigns to drive sales
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and secure favorable terms
- Shift management experience to ensure smooth operations during different shifts
- Ability to buy products strategically based on market demand and sales data
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and paperwork efficiently
- Proven ability to sell products/services and meet or exceed sales targets
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide an outstanding shopping experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and data analysis
