Restaurant Busser

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Restaurant Busser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, support the serving staff, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience. This role is essential in delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth restaurant operations. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining area
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Set up tables with linens, silverware, and condiments before service begins
• Support kitchen staff with basic food handling tasks when necessary
• Ensure the dining area is organized, sanitized, and welcoming at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow
• Assist with catering events or special functions as required

Skills

• Strong cleaning and organizational skills to maintain a spotless dining environment
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and restaurant procedures
• Experience in food service, catering, or hospitality industries is preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during busy hours
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic kitchen experience or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.00 per hour
