RN IVF Coordinator

We are seeking a pleasant, caring, and highly motivated Registered Nurse- IVF Coordinator to join our growing team. If you are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Ovulation induction and IVF cycle coordination.
• Patient education and medication administration, including IV therapy.
• Facilitating procedures and supporting patients throughout treatment cycles.
• Maintaining accurate and organized patient charts and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards (OSHA, HIPAA, FDA).
• Demonstrating excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Valid California RN License.
• CPR/BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in women's health strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
