• Schedule: Monday through Friday (Saturdays & Sundays available to work extra if desired), 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm

This role is ideal for someone who values clear standards, steady workflow, and a team that respects your craft.

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned Volvo vehicles
• Wash, wax, polish, buff, and condition vehicles to Volvo and Swickard quality standards
• Execute final-delivery details that protect guest trust and brand presentation
• Identify cosmetic issues and communicate needs clearly with management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work efficiently in a flat-rate environment with consistent throughput

• Prior automotive detailing experience (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team standards
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and process-driven mindset
