Automotive Service Lube Technician - C. A. Russell CDJR Oneonta | Full-Time

Location: Oneonta, ALSchedule: Full-time | On-site | Monday-Saturday rotation

C. A. Russell CDJR in Oneonta is looking for skilled and motivated Automotive Service Lube Technicians to join our growing service team. Whether you're an experienced Master Tech or a strong mid-level technician looking to advance, we offer a clean shop, steady work, and a team-first environment.

We service a full line of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles—and we're committed to quality work and professional development for every tech in the bay.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on customer and internal vehicles

Complete work in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Document repair findings and recommendations clearly on repair orders

Communicate with service advisors on job status and repair timelines

Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Participate in manufacturer training and certification programs as needed

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

2+ years of professional technician experience preferred

Familiarity with FCA (CDJR) platforms a plus but not required

Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must have own tools (shop equipment provided)

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

ASE or manufacturer certifications

Experience with dealership service software (e.g., PBS, wiADVISOR, TechCONNECT)
