Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. The Receptionist will support daily administrative functions, ensure smooth office operations, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and courtesy
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials as needed
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Support office management activities including record keeping, report preparation, and administrative support tasks
  • Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
  • Provide customer support via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Experience

  • Prior office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical or receptionist roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and filing tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and effective communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
