Join our team in Maplewood as a full-time AM Lead Scheduling Coordinator. This position serves a critical role in the clinic as they are often the first point of contact with the patient and enable the clinic to run smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients by phone or in-person, schedule their appointments in the computer and create a positive, welcoming experience
- Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
- Check that lab cases have been received the day before treatment, and call-in lab cases if needed
- Manages day-to-day operations of front desk staff and duties for PM Shift
- Address patient concerns in difficult situations to support clinic and scheduling managers
- Inform patients of clinical policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 Years of supervisory experience preferably within a clinic setting
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within an office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced within MS Office or other computer software
Carlton Clinic Hours
Monday - Thursday 7:20pm-2:30pm
Friday 7:20am – 12:00pm
