is seeking an
Inventory Specialist
. This role will be responsible for the execution of inventory strategies for the Mobile Service Centers and Fleet Service Centers. They will analyze historical data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and risk to the operations teams. They will coordinate inventory counts and manage overage of inventory levels with Senior Leadership.
Compensation
Competitive Hourly Pay - $30 - $40/Hour - Paid weekly, every Friday
Shift
Monday - Friday 830am - 500pm

- Manages quarterly inventory and cycle counts with the operations team and identifies areas of opportunity to improve upon.
- Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting inventory.
- Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
- Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
- Monitor's inventory levels and usage reports to ensure that reordering points are accurate.
- Identify, prioritize, develop, and implement complex cross-functional inventory control process improvement projects that include forward-thinking on project introduction, development, and implementation
- Responsible for receiving all incoming parts deliveries
- Responsible for processing all parts not needed back to inventory or to vendor
- Responsible for maintaining organization of inventory
- Responsible for cleanliness of parts room
- Maintains all parts staging shelves
- Perform Other duties as assigned
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing parts from various suppliers to ensure the best availability within a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Understanding of statistical analysis and parts forecasting methodologies
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
- Strong computer skills/phone/customer service/leadership and interpersonal skills
- Must be multi-tasked oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with POS system a plus
- Position requires an individual with an outgoing and assertive personality to take initiative, be pro-active, be very positive, and have a "can-do attitude."
