Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily restaurant operations, oversee staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in food service management and hospitality to advance their career in a guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff supervision
  • Support food preparation, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Handle cash transactions accurately
  • Supervise and train staff on food handling, safety procedures, and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Ensure proper delivery and retrieval of room service
  • Manage customer relations to enhance dining experience and address any concerns promptly
  • Assist with kitchen management tasks, including food production, catering, and banquet services when needed
  • Maintain a positive team environment aligned with hospitality standards
  • Oversee the snack shop, including stocking and inventory management

Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within casual dining establishments
  • Strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management
  • Experience in bartending is highly desirable
  • Experience supervising staff, conducting training & development sessions, and managing shifts effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling regulations
  • Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality management is highly desirable
  • Background in managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost control measures within the food industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
