experienced Senior Business Development Director
to focus on the
Midwest
, with coverage extending to the
West Coast (excluding California)

Who are we looking for?
Qualifications And Experience
- University degree; Bachelor's or Master's degree in life science, marketing, management, or a business-related field
- Excellent knowledge of the Healthcare industry and CRO business particularly
- Minimum of 5 years BD experience within CRO business development, focused on the Midwestern region (additional experience on the West Coast will be taken as an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities consistent with influencing and driving multiple stakeholders toward meeting customers' and Optimapharm's needs
- Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills
- Entrepreneurship mindset, results oriented and customer focus
- Problem-solving capabilities
- With a hunting inclination, ability to work independently
- Team collaboration skills: able to work effectively and collaboratively with other department members to accomplish collective goals, bringing positive and supportive efforts to collective efforts
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally and domestic (50% of the time)
- Intermediate to complex level of technology aptitude; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Previous use of CRM tool

Reporting To Chief Commercial Officer, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Meet annual sales goals and objectives
- Business development strategy and client retention in allocated territory
- Coordination of all activities delegated to BD Department
- Timely and efficient reporting
