Location: 6280 unset Drive, South Miami

Schedule: 4‑Day Work Week (No weekends)

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with a warm smile and bilingual greeting (English & Spanish).
• Manage check‑in/out, verify insurance, collect co‑pays, and schedule follow‑up visits.
• Maintain organized patient flow by coordinating with medical assistants and providers.
• Keep front‑office paperwork, authorizations, and EHR demographics accurate.

What We're Looking For
Must‑Haves
Nice‑to‑Haves
Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish
Familiarity with rheumatology or other specialty practices
Friendly, welcoming demeanor and polished phone etiquette
Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EHR
Reliability—on time, every day
Knowledge of insurance verification workflows
1+ year in medical front desk, customer service, or hospitality
High school diploma or equivalent
