Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care through thorough assessments and treatment planning.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Dentrix.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to optimize patient flow and care delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid dental license to practice in the state.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and diagnosis.
• Experience with medical documentation practices in a dental office setting.
• Proficiency in performing various dental procedures.
• Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating professionalism and compassion.
