Position Overview
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA services in both clinic and in-home settings. This role requires consistent availability Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with the option to work additional hours depending on client needs and candidate preference.
Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Position Details
- Location: Services delivered in clinic and in clients' homes
- Schedule: Must be available 3 PM–6 PM; additional hours may be assigned based on availability
- Employment Type: Full-time or part-time
- Compensation:
- BT: $18.00–$22.00/hr
- RBT: $22.00–$26.00/hr
- Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA sessions in both home and clinic environments
- Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols
- Support children with communication, social, and daily-living skill development
- Communicate professionally with families and staff in both English and Spanish
- Document session data accurately using digital tools
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to organizational standards
- Adapt to different environments and client needs
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for home-based sessions
- Ability to meet background screening requirements
- Consistent 3 PM–6 PM weekday availability
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- Experience working with children or in ABA
- Strong documentation and data-collection skills
- Comfortable providing services in both home and clinic settings
