Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Master's or Doctorate Program
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Minnesota
• Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy (home health or geriatric experience preferred)
• CPR certification (BLS) required

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

• Clear MN DHS background study clearance required.
