Role : Business Intelligence Lead

Work Location --- Westlake, TX / Merrimack, NH

Skill Cluster : Data-BI Tools, Tableau, Data and Cloud Skills.

JD :

3–5+ years in data and/or systems analysis (research, gap analysis, data mining, profiling) 3–5+ years with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and dashboard development Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Server; familiarity with Power BI and OBIEE Advanced SQL skills; experience with querying data from Oracle, Snowflake, and Microsoft SQL Server Hands-on experience with cloud-native data warehousing solutions Ability to map data lineage and reconstruct dashboards using dimensional models Exposure to data modeling and data validation concepts Basic Python programming and Alteryx experience (preferred) Understanding of PII and data minimization best practices Exposure to data governance and cataloging tools (Alation, Collibra) Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira for story tracking and sprint management Financial services or non-profit experience a plus

• Exceptional communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator, both written and verbal

• Strong collaboration and consensus-building abilities

• Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions

• Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups
