Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to all food safety and responsible serving guidelines
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bar stations, dining spaces, and beverage stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event teams for catering, banquet, or nightclub service needs
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
• Engage with guests proactively to promote sales opportunities and enhance their overall experience
• Assist in setting up events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring all service elements are executed flawlessly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality settings; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following all legal regulations and company policies
• Previous banquet or catering experience is desirable but not required; training will be provided if needed
