We are introducing a new concept to the West Valley, and we're on the hunt for an amazing cooks who knows how to handle a fast pace, add to the culture of our already amazing crew, and deliver food that actually makes people talk. This is not your average BOH gig, we're looking for someone who can bring both heat and harmony to our kitchen From our crave worthy brunches to our bold , dinner forward menus, you'll have the chance to flex serious creativity.

What you'll Do:

• Food preparation, cooking, and plating to consistently deliver top-quality dishes.
• Collaborate closely with the management team, ensuring all products meet our high standards of taste and presentation.

You Bring:

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience. FAST FOOD restaurant experience DOES NOT qualify.
• Passion for immersive guest experiences, social media-worthy presentation, and high standards.
• Lead by example, and adapt under pressure.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices

Skills

• Excellent kitchen skills with an emphasis on food quality and safety standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of the food industry trends and customer preferences.
• Proven experience as a cook in a full-service restaurant
• Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, safety protocols
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
