Logistics Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain and ensuring efficient warehouse distribution. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of logistics processes. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing transportation management, inventory control, and vendor management to optimize operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• FedEx Freight BOL creation and distribution (via email) to shippers.
• Archive and organize TMS Logistics team emails
• Close freight payables that are not auto received by our system
• Communicate with freight carriers and Client buyers to ensure orders are on schedule
• TMS (Transportation Management Systems) data entry and basic operations

Qualifications:

• No major commitments/travel for the next 90 days
• Willingness to learn in the transportation industry
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager software is a major bonus.
• Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a major bonus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $27.45 per hour
