Hadley Family Dentistry is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team If you thrive in a busy environment, love helping patients understand their treatment options, and have strong dental insurance knowledge, we want to meet you.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of dental office experience required
• Strong understanding of treatment planning, case presentation, and financial arrangements
• Ability to verify dental insurance accurately and efficiently
• Skilled in maintaining a full, predictable schedule through effective communication and follow-up
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced office
• A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care
• Team-oriented, reliable, and organized
• Knowledge and experience with Eaglesoft required

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients
• Verify and enter dental insurance benefits
• Keep the schedule full, organized, and predictable
• Assist patients with scheduling and follow-up
• Communicate with doctors and clinical team to ensure smooth daily flow
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold our practice values

Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Wednesdays OFF
• No evenings or weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $28.74 per hour
