Location: Oklahoma City, OK, Wylie Spray Center, a leader in agricultural equipment solutions, is seeking an experienced and service-focused Case IH Service Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient shop operations, and strong leadership within our Service Department.

The ideal candidate is skilled in building relationships, managing service personnel, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily leadership, supervision, and direction to service technicians and support staff
  • Manage shop workflow, scheduling, and prioritization of service jobs to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as point of contact for customer service needs, technical problem resolution, and repair status communication
  • Ensure accurate repair estimates, work orders, warranty submissions, and documentation
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards
  • Develop and train service staff through performance feedback, coaching, and skill-building
  • Partner with Parts and Sales departments to support business success and customer needs
  • Monitor financial metrics including labor efficiency, service profitability, and departmental operating costs
  • Represent Wylie Implement professionally and uphold company values and customer experience standards

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in agricultural equipment service management or related dealership service leadership role
  • Strong technical understanding of Case IH or comparable agricultural equipment preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of service management software, work order systems, and warranty processes
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
