The Arizona Institute for Autism is a premier provider of ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum. We are seeking a BCBA who is passionate, reliable, and eager to grow clinically while contributing to the success of our clients and team.
This is a unique opportunity for professionals who have completed their Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and hold an active BCBA License.
Job Summary
As a BCBA, you will work under the guidance of a Senior BCBA while taking caseload clinical responsibilities, and leadership opportunities within your scope. You will be responsible to run caseload direct hours, Supervision hours, parent consultation as well review of your caseload and support for the RBTs on the case. You will help ensure high-quality ABA services through training, oversight.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day clinical operations of assigned caseloads
- Conduct initial training and mentoring of new Behavior Technicians
- Provide session coverage and direct supervision as needed to maintain smooth scheduling
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home-based settings in alignment with treatment plans
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and ensure the quality and timeliness of session notes and data collection
- Provide feedback and coaching to RBTs and Behavior Technicians to maintain clinical excellence
- Participate in professional and parent consultation meetings
- Ensure implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as prescribed
- Monitor and update treatment goals in Central Reach as needed
- Submit clinical documentation and reports promptly, with minimal revisions
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Hold active BCBA license
- Minimum of three years of experience as a licensed BCBA.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and passion for clinical growth
