Salary: $ 23.00 per hour

Schedule:

Start times as early as 5:30AM, shifts end when assignments are completed. We prioritize work-life balance as much as possible within operational needs.

What we expect

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Helper/Van Driver to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. No IT experience is required, but basic computer skills and interest in technology are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading, unloading, palletizing, and transporting equipment
• Safely operate company vehicle and support drivers on assigned routes
• Represent the company professionally with all types of customers
• Travel primarily within the Tri-State area; occasional overnight jobs (company-paid expenses)
• Work flexible hours starting at 5:30 AM until job completed (times may vary)

Requirements

• Valid, clean driver's license
• Ability to lift heavy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a physically demanding labor job
• Experience with palletizing and loading/unloading trucks
• High attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy preferred
• Presentable, professional demeanor

Education, Experience, & Training:

• Basic Computing and Spreadsheet Skills
• Familiarity with modern practice and inventory cycles
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Self-motivate and able to solve problems independently
• Effective communicator and strong team player
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
