Maintenance Technician – CNC & Industrial Equipment
Location: Franklin, MA
Pay: $30–$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep of CNC and other production equipment. This position includes troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility support to ensure all machinery operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Candidates with a strong mechanical background in CNC machine maintenance are highly preferred. Experience with pneumatics, facility maintenance, or machine motor repair is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machining centers and additional production equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment using manuals, schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturer documentation
• Carry out repairs, equipment installations, and facility maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and work orders
• Coordinate with machine manufacturers for technical support, service needs, and replacement parts
• Work at heights using scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other aerial equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Support overall machine uptime and safe operation across the facility

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical expertise with CNC machines, servo drive systems, automated equipment, and general machining tools
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair automated and computer-controlled mechanical systems
• Ability to perform basic electrical calculations and read electrical/technical schematics
• Proficient with various hand and power tools
• Experience operating forklifts and aerial lift equipment
• SAP experience preferred
