You'll guide a passionate team, shape unforgettable moments for guests, and uphold the signature Vanderpump standard of elegance reinvented.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily restaurant operations with confidence, ensuring a polished and seamless guest experience that reflects the    theatrical, high-touch style of Wolf by Vanderpump.
• Inspire, coach, and develop your team—cultivating an atmosphere of creativity, empowerment, and hospitality excellence.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests, elevating service, and anticipating needs before they arise.
• Oversee staff scheduling, labor management, and pre-shift communication to ensure efficient and consistent execution.
• Uphold HCW and brand standards with a detail-driven approach to cleanliness, atmosphere, and service presentation.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar leadership to support menu rollouts, seasonal updates, and brand-forward experiential offerings.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support financial performance and minimize waste.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, modeling the poise and professionalism expected of the leadership team.
• Partner with marketing and operations to support promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel and restaurant.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven success in upscale or high-volume dining, ideally within a concept known for immersive or experiential design.
• A passion for service, storytelling, and crafting memorable guest moments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse, creative team.
• Detail-driven operational discipline and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A solutions-oriented mindset, using innovation and empathy to overcome challenges.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
