Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
• Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and toppings to enhance customer options
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed during food preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper knife skills for ingredient prep
• Support food presentation and garnishing to ensure visually appealing dishes
• Handle food service duties efficiently during busy hours, including taking orders and serving customers when needed
• Participate in food safety training and adhere to all health regulations and sanitation standards

Experience

• Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience preferred but not required
• Experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting demonstrating strong cooking skills
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including meal prep and catering experience
• Familiarity with food safety standards, handling procedures, and kitchen hygiene practices
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong knife skills and experience with various cooking methods are highly desirable
• Enthusiasm for learning new culinary techniques and expanding menu offerings

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
