Minimum Qualification:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to serve as the technical leader for our DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting development operations by designing, creating, and maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient cloud infrastructure on the AWS platform. You will lead the implementation of DevOps tools and practices to automate operational processes, ensure system reliability, and drive continuous improvement across the environment. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor and coach junior DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, creation, and maintenance of highly available, scalable, resilient, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as the technical lead for DevOps initiatives, ensuring best practices, efficiency, and reliability across all environments.
• Design, implement, manage, and maintain DevOps tools to automate and streamline operational processes on the AWS platform.
• Support development teams by ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines, effective monitoring, and efficient deployment processes.
• Drive continuous improvements in infrastructure performance, cost optimization, and security posture.
• Mentor, guide, and coach junior and mid-level DevOps engineers, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps strategies with business and project goals.

Must Have Skills:

• AWS (Glue, Lambda, ECS), MarkLogic, JavaScript, Python, CloudFormation, Jira, Confluence.
