Title: Therapist 

Reports to: Executive Director 

Department/Location: Onsite 

FLSA Status: Exempt 

This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours per week) based at our Sisters Grove location in Colorado Springs. The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM MST, with occasional flexibility required to cover evening hours (4:00–7:00 PM) as needed. Position is working with both the Adult and Adolescent PHP/IOP populations and will float between both programs depending on census and clinic needs. 

Role Summary:  

Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
