Server/Waiter

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Process payments and operate cash register

Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Basic culinary knowledge for understanding menu items and ingredients
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items to enhance guest experience
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures or policies
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area, following sanitation guidelines
