Training Coordinator

• Experience in any type of ag-related sales is preferred, especially agronomy

Job Type: Full-time

 Duties:

• Support the Training Director in a wide range of training and agronomy-related initiatives, including curriculum development, resource updates, management of planting and harvest data, and other functions to support the agronomy staff
• Assist with the development and delivery of training programs and curriculum for support staff, including office coordinators and warehouse personnel
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and store locations to plan, organize, and communicate details for in-person and virtual training events
• Communicate and coordinate with company representatives to plan and support in-person and virtual training events
• Plan, coordinate, and manage training webinars and other small-group training sessions
• Communicate training opportunities, resources, and updates to agronomists in a timely and organized manner
• Support new employee onboarding processes
• Coordinate and execute exhibitor communications for the Ag PhD Field Day in collaboration with other team members
• Prepare for and attend career fairs on an as-needed basis to support recruiting and outreach efforts
