Overview: iTech AG is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to support our federal customer. The Principal Technical Consultant is a senior-level technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering advanced ServiceNow SecOps implementations. This role combines deep technical skill with strategic leadership, ensuring large-scale, high-impact deployments. Responsibilities:

Serve as the technical authority for Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Platform Analytics, and SecOps integrations.
Architect end-to-end SecOps solutions tailored to enterprise environments.
Lead complex workshops, provide expert guidance on system design, data flows, and integration patterns.
Configure advanced workflows, automations, and integrations with security tools and enterprise systems.
Oversee technical quality across sprints, ensuring scalable, secure, and performant configurations.
Mentor technical teams and support strategic roadmap planning with customer leadership.

Qualifications:

5+ years of Vulnerability Response (VR) experience
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale SecOps implementations.
Expertise in VR architecture, data modeling, and vulnerability lifecycle management.
Strong scripting, integration, and platform development background.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive high-impact outcomes. Experience designing integrations and custom platform solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience.
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-VR certifications

Security:
