We are seeking a diligent Picker/Packer to join our vibrant warehouse team in Seattle, Washington. This role is crucial for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, ensuring satisfaction and seamless logistics. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items from inventory, as well as expertly packing them for safe transit. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and is committed to upholding high standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include reading order sheets or using scanning devices to pick the correct items, inspecting products for any damage, carefully packaging items using appropriate materials, and affixing shipping labels. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, which is paramount for efficient logistics. This position requires physical stamina, including regular lifting, standing, and moving throughout the warehouse. Strict adherence to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a picker/packer role or general warehouse work is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately based on order specifications.
