We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organization.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, palletizing, and staging for transport.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and operational knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety best practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and use required PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
