We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our growing logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate selection and meticulous packing of products to ensure our customers receive their orders correctly and in excellent condition. Your attention to detail and efficiency are key to maintaining our high standards of service within the supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products based on customer orders, utilizing pick lists or scanners.
- Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Select appropriate packing materials to ensure product protection during shipping.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, meeting quality standards.
- Label packages correctly with shipping and tracking information.
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for outgoing logistics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including packing stations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is beneficial.
- Proven ability to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Must be capable of physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and wearing all required PPE.
- Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions promptly.
