Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort products for shipment using advanced scanning technology.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and identifying discrepancies.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels in designated areas, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Properly use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Perform other duties as required to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and significant physical exertion, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Dependability and a commitment to punctuality are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A strong emphasis on Safety awareness and proactive hazard identification.
