Job Summary:
Are you ready to be a vital part of a bustling logistics operation in Boston, Massachusetts? We're hiring Warehouse Associates to support our growing distribution center. Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and sort products for shipment using advanced scanning technology.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and identifying discrepancies.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels in designated areas, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Properly use and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Perform other duties as required to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and significant physical exertion, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Dependability and a commitment to punctuality are essential.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • A strong emphasis on Safety awareness and proactive hazard identification.
