Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order forms or RF scanner data.
- Verify product identification and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect items for any damage or defects before packing.
- Efficiently and securely pack orders using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all warehouse protocols.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members about order status or any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability to lift items up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management principles.
- Commitment to following safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
