This position is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of all products within our facility. Your duties will include receiving inbound shipments, meticulously picking and packing customer orders, and preparing items for outbound shipment. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment is paramount, and adherence to all company Safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role requires physical stamina for tasks involving consistent Lifting, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, and a keen eye for detail to minimize errors. You will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our distribution network. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners.
- Stage and prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stocking and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Comply with all company Safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Support other departmental tasks as needed to ensure operational flow.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations and inventory systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills.
