This role is crucial to our efficient Logistics operations, involving the general upkeep and organization of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipping preparations. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe working environment, and all associates are required to follow established Safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina for tasks involving frequent Lifting and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will contribute to the smooth flow of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all warehouse activities. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack items according to order specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate labeling and packaging.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear designated PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including regular Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety principles and the importance of PPE.
- Basic knowledge of Logistics and inventory management concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
