Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order details against packing slips and shipping manifests.
- Package goods appropriately for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
- Generate shipping labels and affix them to packages.
- Schedule and coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups.
- Track shipments and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Maintain organized shipping logs and documentation.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and safe Lifting techniques.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with shipping software and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
