We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the outgoing shipments of our products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation. Your role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of shipping procedures, and a commitment to workplace safety, we want to hear from you. You will work within a fast-paced environment alongside dedicated logistics professionals. We prioritize a safe working environment, providing essential PPE and enforcing strict safety protocols. While primarily administrative, the role may require some physical tasks, including occasional Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and manifests.
- Verify accuracy of outgoing orders against shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Ensure packages are correctly labeled and prepared for dispatch.
- Maintain organized shipping records and files.
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order processing.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
