Are you a motivated individual with a passion for logistics and efficiency? We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility. This role involves a variety of tasks critical to the smooth operation of our distribution center, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and loading/unloading of trucks. You will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. Key responsibilities include picking and packing orders with precision, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining organized storage areas. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to safety are essential. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical exertion, including significant lifting (up to 60 lbs) and extended periods of standing and walking. We are looking for individuals who can work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. Continuous improvement in operational efficiency and maintaining a clean, safe work environment are key performance indicators.
