We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our operations in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be integral to our logistics chain, responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of inventory. Your duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A strong focus on Safety protocols, accuracy, and productivity is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders or delivery manifests.
- Store inventory in designated locations, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment, following all Safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and support logistics flow.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activities, including regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Strong adherence to Safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Good communication skills.
