Our logistics center in Kansas City, Missouri is looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, all within a dynamic warehouse setting. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Utilize RF scanners to manage inventory and track order fulfillment progress.
- Stage outgoing orders for shipping, ensuring correct product and quantity.
- Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order details and product information.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
- Dedication to safety and proper lifting techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
